We've listened to feedback about improving the way that parents let us know if day students need new medication.
If new medication needs administering to day students, parents can now download, print and complete a Medication Request form and return it to staff at St Piers School.
School staff will make sure the form is then passed to medically trained staff based at the Medical Centre, for the information to be kept on record.
