Complaints

At St Piers and Young Epilepsy we aim to ensure that the needs of all our students and parents/carers are met and that we provide a safe, healthy and caring environment.  However, we do recognise that at times concerns can arise.

We believe that addressing issues/concerns raised is an important part of self-evaluation and raising standards. We aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible. However, if you feel concerns remain unresolved a formal complaint may be submitted.

Any individual, including members of the public, can raise a complaint.

If you have any worries, concerns or complaints please let us know as soon as possible by:

  • Telling any Young Epilepsy staff member either verbally or in writing
  • Emailing complaints@youngepilepsy.org.uk
  • Writing to: Complaints, Young Epilepsy, St Piers Lane, Lingfield, Surrey, RH7 6PW

We also like to know what we are doing well and welcome any compliments you may have; these can be sent to compliments@youngepilepsy.org.uk
