Filming For Comic Relief

Everyone in school had the most amazing experience last Thursday when creative arts arranged for a professional film crew to come in and make a music video of their ‘Red Nose Compose’ song. There were 19 film crew, including a Director, Assistant Director, Producer, several Camera Operators and a make-up artist. Everybody gave their time and expertise for free and many companies contributed by lending fantastic cameras and lighting equipment.

The day began at 6.30 with bacon sandwiches as all the equipment was unloaded into Creative Art’s Tudor castle and carefully set up, ready for a day’s shooting. All the students in school got a chance to perform and there was a feeling of great excitement around site for the whole day as runners fetched each class in turn to come and experience a real film set at first hand.

Our thanks go out to Dulcie for making the day possible and to all the film crew for giving us such a wonderful day.
