Imaginarium

The Imaginarium is an immersive sensory learning area, and is one of two of its kind currently in use in the UK. It uses state of the art technology to enable teachers create sceneries, which transport our young people to different environments via their imagination.

The room incorporates the use of four senses through visual and audio technology alongside scent and wind machines and vibrating seats.

The Imaginarium offers great opportunities for our young people to experience different environments without leaving the school, they could be in the middle of the rainforest or experiencing life in a Victorian factory and everything in between.

Feedback from parents

Quote Icon I feel very fortunate that my son is able to go to St. Piers. He is given every opportunity to become confident and stimulated so that learning is fun. More importantly he is able to express his thoughts and feelings which make him feel he “belongs”, in a world where kids often feel “left out".
