Epilepsy

We have extensive experience supporting students with epilepsy.

All staff receive training about seizures, how they are managed, how they may affect an individual and about the various treatments and medications.

We also  provide world-class care at its medical centre. Students receive a wide range of therapies, including speech and language, play therapy and physio therapy based on the assessment of the young person's needs.

Feedback from parents

Quote Icon I feel my daughter is achieving as much as she can. She is not allowed to get away with things due to her health issues. The extra curricular activities are brilliant. I could not possibly do all those things with her myself. The school and Young Epilepsy enable her to have the childhood she deserves but would not be able to get anywhere else.
