requesting new medication

From speaking with parents, we understand that we must improve our communication with parents when a day students changes medication.

If a day student needs new medication, parents are now able to download and print a Medication Request form and pass the completed form to staff at St Piers School.

This form will then be passed to medically trained staff based at the Medical Centre, for the information to be kept on record.

Feedback from parents

Quote Icon St. Piers/Young Epilepsy has been a lifesaver. The staff are incredible – totally devoted, attend to the childrens needs both with a fair amount of discipline/understanding and care. They manage to put the fun back into these disabled childrens lives. A fantastic school all round.
